Menu

At Vino Bello, along with the best of Italian cuisine and wines from the Colchagua valley, we offer a variety of tempting dishes such as homemade pastas, risottos, hearth-baked pizzas, meat, chicken, fish, innovative salads, a variety of delicious desserts and a special menu for children.

ANTIPASTI

TRI-CARPACIO:
A combination of thinly sliced salmon topped with cappers and parmesan, meat with arugula and grana cheese and octopus smothered in finely diced bell peppers. Served with a light lemon dressing.

TAGLIERE VINO BELLO:
A tempting platter that includes 3 mediterranean dips , olive tapenade, hummus and creamy basil pesto accompanied by dried fruit, raw vegetables and an assortment of Italian breads.

BRUSCHETTE MISTE:
A combination of your choice of two Bruschetta´s from our menú.

PROVOLONE:
Grilled provolone cheese with oregano, served with sautéed vegetables and mini toast.

INSALATE

INSALATA MEDITERRANEA:
A delicious mix of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, purple onions, mediterranean olives, herbed cheese, confit tomatoes and parsley in a lemon and herb dressing placed on top of a hummus base. Served with pita bread.

VINO BELLO:
Camembert cheese lightly pan fried served with a lettuce mix, carmelized walnuts and red-wine poached pears covered in a Balsamic vinaigrette.

INSALATA MEDITERRÁNEA:
Romaine lettuce, cucumber, purple onions, mediterranean olives, fresh herbed cheese, tomatoes and parsley in a lemon-herb dressing placed on top of a hummus base served with pita bread.

VINO BELLO:
Camembert cheese lightly breaded and toasted served on a bed of mixed lettuce, arugula, caramelized walnuts and red wine poached pears tossed with our balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

INSALATA CAPRESE:
This Italian classic includes tomatoes, fresh cheese and basil served on an arugula base.

PASTA

CAPPELLI DI ZUCCA ALLE NOCI:
This pasta is a delicious butternut squash, walnut and cream cheese mix stuffed into beet raviolis served in a light butter and salvia sauce.

RAVIOLI SANTACROCINO:
Spinach pasta filled with braised flank steak. Served with a blue cheese sauce as well as a wine reduccion with mushrooms and carmelized tomatoes.

CAPPELLI DI ZUCCA ALLE NOCI:
A delicious butternut squash, walnut and cream cheese mix stuffed into beet raviolis, served in a light sage-butter sauce.

CANNELLONI GRATINATI:
pasta filled with spinach and cream cheese, served on a tomato base and covered with a creamy walnut sauce and parmesan cheese.

RISOTTO O LINGUINE DI MARE:
Creamy seafood risotto or linguine with scallops, shrimp, squid, mussels, clams, tomatoes and garlic with a hint of peperoncino.

SPAGHETTI AL POMODORO:
Fresh tomato sauce with basil.

GNOCCHI DI PATATE 4 FORMAGGI:
Potato gnocchi’s served with a 4 cheese sauce; mozzarella, cream cheese, blue cheese and parmesan.

LINGUINE AL PESTO:
Creamy basil sauce with walnuts and parmesan cheese.

ASADO DE TIRA Y GNOCCHI:
Red wine braised short ribs with potato gnocchi with creamy fine herb sauce.

LE PIZZE

TRICOLORE:
A lightly toasted pizza base with a parmesan gratine covered with a lettuce mix, arugula, tomato, cucumber and herbed cheese served with a balsamic vinaigrette.

RUCOLINA:
Tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese covered with an arugula and spinach salad in pesto sauce, prosciutto and parmesan cheese.

ORTOLANA:
Basil pesto as a bese, mozzarella cheese, grilled egg plant and zucchini, red bell peppers and caramelized onions.

VINO BELLO:
Base of mozzarella and gorgonzola cheese topped with caramelized onions, red wine poached pears, lettuce greens, caramelized walnuts and served with a balsamic vinaigrette.

TRONCHETTO:
Pizza dough filled with mozzarella and tomatoes, baked and served on a bed of arugula topped with avocado, prosciutto and parmesan cheese.

I DOLCI

SEMIFREDDO AL TORRONCINO:
A famous Italian dessert of semi-frozen almond nougat served with a caramel sauce.

PANNA COTTA:
Classical Italian cream custard with a hint of vanilla served with a berry sauce

TIRAMISÚ:
A classical Italian dessert consisting of layers of sponge cake soaked in coffee, creamy cheese, a touch of liquor and powdered chocolate.

DOLCE VITA:
Mini Pizza covered with chocolate sauce and walnuts.

MENU PER I BIMBI (niños menores de 12 años / children under 12)

LA TUA PIZZA:
Tomato sauce, mozzarella and a choice of two of the following ingredients: Corn, ham, salami, mushroom, olives, bacon or meat.

LA TUA PASTA:
Fusilli pasta with choice of tomato, alfredo or Bolognese sauce.
